Running has a code of simplicity. Along these lines, we designed an App that helps runners apply the metric of cadence.

Over the past several years, a great deal of research has emerged highlighting the importance of cadence in addressing various running related injuries. 

Our aim is to help you make the most of cadence through technology that's already in your hand or on your wrist.

After taking the App through rigorous testing, we can speak to its practicality, accuracy, and reliability. 

 


After pairing the Watch App works independently so your iPhone can stay at home.

  • Set a target cadence for training and racing

  • Realtime feedback through a metronome and haptic feature that automatically turns on in the event you fall out of the desired step rate and turns off once you adopt the desired step rate

Q: What iPhone versions does the app support?
A: We have a warning on all social media and on the app store description. Due to the Apple HealthKit and accelerometer limitations the app is only supported on iPhone 6 or newer. The app store will let you download it and the app will load but cadence information will not be transmitted due to the limitations of the older phone technology.
